Another step

This week has flown by... I have been sick and missed 3 days of work, 1 day of class and 1 St Patrick's Day.  However, I did finish up another class tonight (whew!) and tomorrow M and I are getting our 2nd set of fingerprints done.  I'm excited because it's something, even though it seems like a small thing to do in the big picture of this whole process.  The hard part is knowing that after our USCIS approval comes in, it will be a long period of nothing.  Good thing I have lots of things to keep me busy!  Work, decorating A's room, playing with the dogs and of course, school.  Summer will bring more classes - trying to get the hardest ones out of the way before we travel and then I should only have two more classes to take before I graduate.  I know this is our opportunity to spend time together while we are still just "two", but watching the devastation in Japan over the last week is just heart wrenching and makes me want to go to Korea now, grab him and bring him home.  We are so lucky for what we have, grateful that A is in a good home right now, and our hearts are with those in Japan.
